Who we are

  • We are a non-emergency air medical transport (NEMT) service that helps families around the world safely relocate their loved ones via commercial flights

  • Our medical team includes registered nurses, social workers and flight escorts with more than 20 years of clinical and travel logistics experience.

  • We are multicultural, multilingual (Spanish, English, Haitian Creole) and have experience providing bedside-to-bedside care for diverse patients internationally.

What we do

  • We assess patients to make sure they receive airline medical clearance to safely travel on commercial
    flights for medical repatriation.

  • Our team handles all flight logistics, booking, complex case management, and necessary clearances for domestic and international medical transport.

  • We pick up patients from sending facilities, travel with patients in first class seats and provide continuous clinical monitoring. 

  • We coordinate with receiving family members or facilities at the final destination to ensure a seamless,
    safe handoff.
